How to debug the kidneys?

The kidneys are essential to health, so debug kidneys at least once a year is ideal for our bodies clean.

The kidney, like the liver, the organs are paramount in cleaning the body, helping the body in removing toxins and cleansing one's self of it, so the kidneys purify at least one once a year is a highly recommended practice.

Blood circulates several times a day through them, and thus filtered useful substances are returned to the blood, leaving the useless for them to be subsequently removed.

However, you should avoid excessive consumption of alcohol and salt, and frequent consumption of antibiotics, as they damage kidneys over the years.
